Bryan Long has over 27 years of experience in the land surveying and engineering field. Prior to starting Meridian Geomatics in 2003, Bryan worked for several land survey companies in the Atlanta area. From 1992 to 2003, he took part in or was the key employee in many significant projects around Atlanta. Since starting his own company in 2003, he has developed a very good reputation in the infill development community. Many of Meridian’s clients are small home builders that rely on his expertise in the surveying and residential site planning phase of construction. He also has an enormous amount of experience in the commercial and municipal sectors.

Bryan has been a registered professional land surveyor since 2007 and has an extensive marketing and sales background after owning a marketing company for six years. He started a non-profit called Freedom and Property Foundation to defend property rights in the state of Georgia. He believes strongly in the constitutional rights of private property as a key foundation stone of freedom in America. Bryan is a member of the GAHBA (Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association) and is also on the Governmental Affairs Committee for that organization. He attends church regularly in the Woodstock area.

Shane has over 15 years of experience in the land surveying industry and has worked for Meridian Geomatics for over 10 years. Shane is a key consultant on hundreds of local development projects and currently manages the drafting department, and when Bryan is not available, he manages the crews and day-to-day operations of the company. He has a degree from DeVry in Computer Information Systems and an extensive knowledge of all things IT. His knowledge of computers and technology is a valuable asset to the company.
